DL & CCMC Pty Ltd (Just Better Care Mornington, Outer East, Outer North East & Hobart) is committed to ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees and clients. The purpose of this policy is to ensure we all act in a way that will support a healthy and safe workplace.

At all times we ask that our employees respect their employment relationship and communicate regularly with Co-ordinators and other office teams, this includes changes to your availability, if you are unwell or unable to attend a rostered shift.

As we work in a caring industry we understand people get sick or have emergencies, therefore it is critical to the health and safety of all that the right steps are followed to mitigate the spread of any illness or disease. Last minute changes can result in stress for the client, the office and the person replacing you, so it is vital that you provide as much notice as possible.

In the event you are unwell or unable to attend a rostered shift;

    Immediately contact our office by PHONE

    Advise the office team member of you reason for unavailability and where possible the extent of your expected absence
